Refund Policy
This policy explains how cancellations, withdrawals, and refunds work for our online morning sessions and educational programs. It is written to respect your rights under EU and Finnish consumer law.

This policy describes our standard approach. Your statutory consumer rights always apply and are not limited by anything in this document.
1. Overview
We want every arrangement to feel fair and transparent. This policy sets out when you can cancel, how withdrawals work for digital content, and how we handle refund requests. If you ever have a concern about a payment, please contact us and we will work with you to resolve it.
2. What this policy covers
This policy applies to paid online morning sessions, access to the on-demand library, and structured educational programs offered by Purificationtend. Free content and general information available on the website are not subject to a refund, as there is no payment involved.
3. Right of withdrawal (cooling-off period)
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you generally have the right to withdraw from a purchase within fourteen (14) days, without giving a reason. The cooling-off period normally starts on the day you complete your purchase.
To use this right, simply inform us of your decision within the period, using the contact details below. You may use a clear written statement; a specific form is not required.
4. Digital content and the library
For digital content that is supplied immediately, such as access to recorded routines in the library, the right of withdrawal may end once you have started to access the content, provided you have given your prior express consent and acknowledged that you lose the right of withdrawal by doing so. Where you have not yet accessed the content, your fourteen-day right normally continues to apply.
We will always make this clear at the point of purchase so you can decide with full information.
5. Live sessions and programs
For scheduled live sessions and time-based programs, the following general arrangements apply, subject to your statutory rights:
- If you cancel before a live session or program begins and within any applicable cooling-off period, you are entitled to a refund of amounts paid for the unused portion;
- If a program has partly taken place at your request during the cooling-off period, we may retain an amount proportionate to what has already been provided;
- If we cancel a session for operational reasons and cannot offer a suitable alternative, you will receive a refund for the affected session.
6. How to request a cancellation or refund
To request a cancellation or refund, please contact us with your name, the email address used for the purchase, and a short description of your request. You can reach us using the details at the end of this policy or through our contact form. We will acknowledge your request and explain the next steps.
7. How refunds are processed
Where a refund is due, we process it without undue delay and, in any case, within fourteen (14) days of accepting the request, using the same payment method you used for the original transaction unless we agree otherwise. We do not charge a fee for issuing a refund. The time it takes for funds to appear may depend on your payment provider.
8. Exceptions
Certain situations may fall outside a standard refund, for example where digital content has been fully accessed after you expressly waived the right of withdrawal, or where a service has been fully performed at your request within the cooling-off period after you acknowledged the consequence. We will always explain clearly if an exception applies to your situation.
9. If something is not as described
If a session or program is not as described, or there is a technical problem on our side that prevents access, please tell us. We will work to put it right, which may include restoring access, offering an alternative, or providing a refund where appropriate. This is in addition to your statutory rights.
10. Dispute resolution
We would always prefer to resolve any concern directly and amicably. If we cannot reach a resolution, consumers in the EU may also be able to use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform or contact the relevant consumer advisory body in Finland. Nothing in this policy limits your right to do so.
